SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods
- We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the
destination.
Domestic Shipping
- We ship to addresses within the USA.
- Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
International Shipping
- International Shipping & Fraud Prevention We ship to select international destinations. To protect our customers and community, all international orders undergo rigorous fraud screening.

Verification Delays: Orders flagged by our security system may require additional verification. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any international order that fails our fraud assessment or originates from high-risk IP addresses/locations.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs: International customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Shipping Windows: International delivery times vary significantly by destination, typically taking between 7–21 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Reshipping / Freight Forwarders: We are not liable for packages once they are delivered to a domestic freight forwarding address provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations and Edits
-Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. You may request to cancel your order but please note that order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend if they have entered the packing or shipment phases. Customers can cancel an order by contacting customerservice@redeemedsociety.com.
-If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days.
-If you do not see a payment reversal on your statement within 10 days, please contact customer service.
-During specialty events, order cancellations may not be possible.
-Address updates can be requested but are not guaranteed. We strongly suggest double checking information before submitting your order.
Order Processing
All orders placed on RedeemedSociety.com are processed Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm EST and are shipped within 1-3 days. Our warehouse fulfillment staff works to fulfill all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to meet the needs of our valued customers. Occasionally we ship orders via UPS SurePost, which means that UPS hands off the final step of delivery to USPS. The USPS tracking ID is then added to the UPS tracking page.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use the tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may cause delays beyond our control.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item is defective.
Missing or Lost Packages
